Registering your interest with Work for Us

Work for Us - who are we?

The Work for Us team is the centralised Queensland Health unit which screens and assesses Expressions of Interest (EOI) for nursing and midwifery professionals seeking opportunities in the following:
  • Qualified enrolled and endorsed enrolled nurses, and
  • Qualified registered nurses and midwives.

How do I submit an EOI?

The Expression of Interest form takes approximately 15 minutes to complete and collects a variety of valuable information that helps us make an accurate assessment and provide you with appropriate feedback regarding your EOI.

  • Before you submit an EOI, we encourage you to review the requirements to practise .
    This will take you to the Expression of Interest (EOI) list where you can begin a new EOI.
  • You can also login to view any EOI's you have partially completed or have previously submitted.
  • You should also read the terms and conditions  for submitting an EOI with us.

There are some nursing and midwifery positions within Queensland Health for which the Work for Us team do not manage EOI's.  These include:
