Before you register your interest for the Allied Health Relief Pool

• Have a minimum of 12 months post qualification experience, or post registration experience if your allied health discipline is registered
• Are able to provide the names and contact details for three referees, one preferably being your immediate and current supervisor.
• Have read and will be willing to uphold the Reliever's Responsibilities.

There are a few things you should know about your online Expression of Interest process:

• Once you have submitted the form, your CV, qualification, photo identification and evidence of Hepatitis B immunisation your application will be assessed.  You will then be contacted by the Allied Health Relief Pool Team.

• Please note, submission of this Expression of Interest form is not a guarantee that you will be offered employment with Queensland Health.
